A new hospitality venue, sandwiched between Green Room and Channel 4’s HQ on Wellington Street, used to be a solicitor’s office. Now, it’s one of the top attractions in Leeds for hospitality and live events.
Huemann Branding Studio is thrilled to partner with Queens House, a vibrant new hospitality venue located between Green Room and Channel 4’s HQ on Wellington Street. Once a solicitor's office, this space is set to become one of Leeds' top attractions for dining, live events, and social gatherings, with an anticipated launch in early 2024.
Working closely with the Queens House team, we established a clear brand strategy that aligns with their vision and values. Our collaboration has resulted in a cohesive brand identity that captures the essence of the venue while ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
A key element of our design process was to pay homage to the building's heritage. Inspired by the iconic arched windows, we transformed this architectural feature into a queen motif for the brand. This clever and modern interpretation keeps the identity true to its roots while adding a touch of elegance. We then infused the motif with a grungy style, adding a sense of playfulness and energy to the brand’s visual language.
Our work encompassed everything from logo creation and brand guidelines to menu designs, poster layouts, and social media examples, all aimed at showcasing how Queens House can become a unique destination in Leeds.
Situated near Leeds train station, Queens House enjoys excellent brand exposure and foot traffic, making it the perfect spot for locals and visitors alike to unwind. Like Green Room, it aims to be a place where patrons can let their hair down, enjoy a refreshing drink, and turn their business suits into something a little more playful after a long day.
As we continue to refine the brand, we are excited to see how Queens House will evolve into another must-visit hotspot in Leeds.
