Our mission was to encapsulate the essence of this premier holiday destination through a cohesive and elegant branding strategy that resonates with its high-end clientele
Challenge:
The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflects the luxurious and intimate experience offered by Black Diamond Chalet while maintaining a connection with its stunning alpine surroundings. The branding needed to stand out in the competitive luxury holiday market, appealing to both families seeking a memorable vacation and business professionals looking for a secluded retreat.
The Solution:
Our approach was centered around creating a distinctive logo and visual identity that symbolizes the uniqueness of Black Diamond Chalet. The logo comprises the silhouette of a wooden chalet within a the iconic diamond shape, embodying both the name and the high-end positioning of the chalet. This logo serves as a versatile cornerstone for creating patterns and dynamic designs across various applications.
Color Scheme:
We opted for a minimalist yet powerful color palette, employing black to echo the 'Black Diamond' name and reflect the chalet's sophisticated decor. White and off-white hues were chosen to represent the snowy landscapes of the surrounding ski resorts, adding a clean, Nordic touch to the branding. This simple yet effective color scheme reinforces the brand's luxurious appeal while ensuring high visibility across all mediums.
Brand Photography:
To infuse warmth and human touch into the branding, we curated a collection of brand photography that is human and playful. These visuals are designed to evoke emotions and allow potential guests to envision themselves at the chalet, whether for a family holiday, a romantic getaway, or a solitary business retreat. Collateral and Brand Experience:

From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted by custom-branded robes, slippers, shampoos, and towels.
