We were presented the opportunity to brand a magnificent 150-year-old grade II listed building in Ulverston, called Stone Cross Mansion. A 19 apartment luxury holiday letting experience.
Ulverston is a fine market town in the centre of the Furness peninsula, with old buildings and a labyrinth of cobbled streets, and is the start of the 70 mile Cumbrian Way. It is the birthplace of Stan Laurel, and home to the world’s only Laurel and Hardy Museum.
Stone Cross Mansion was used in the Second World War before being converted into a school, offices and then abandoned. Now fully restored by Charles Church, Stone Cross Mansion has recently been converted into 19 luxury apartments.
Our mission was to transform these stunning apartments into short-term holiday lets. As a result, we were commissioned to develop a robust brand identity, create brand collateral, printed brochures, design a website, and establish a comprehensive social media presence.
Our goal was to facilitate full bookings ahead of the new year, achieving full occupancy within weeks of launching the website.
